The vibraphone is a percussion instrument in
the struck idiophone subcategory that consists of metal bars and it is played
through hitting the bars with mallets and dampening the sound with the help of

While the instrument seems more complex than individual drums, it is
also quite easy to learn to play. Here are some tips:

• -Learn to read sheet music –

• -Learn the right posture – the
